Registration & Communications > Submission and Communication GuidelinesNEWS: DEADLINE to send your oral or poster communication is September 30th To facilitate the organization of the Virtual Conference, all the speakers and poster presenters are asked to sent their presentation before September 30th (@ ecotoxicomic20@sciencesconf.org) Accepted formats are MP4, WMV and MOV. One of the easiest ways to record your presentations is through the PowerPoint recording tool (see for example the following tutorial). If your device has a camera, you can even add a video of the presenter (possible but not mandatory) For oral communication: Pre-registered presentations (12 minutes ± 30 seconds) will be made available online during the dedicated timeslot in the associated session (programme will be made available soon). It will be followed by a live question and answer session. For posters: Posters will be made available on the conference platform using two kinds of formats (one should be chosen by the poster presenter): 1. a "classical" one-page pdf that will be posted on the conference platform (to be also sent before September 30th) or 2. a four-slide format with a pre-recorded audio description (3 minutes ± 15 seconds) that will be posted on the conference platform (this format is mandatory to apply for the best poster grant for PhD students and post-docs only). Virtual forums will be organized to allow exchange between poster presenters and the audience.
